Concert FAQ

The event is Rain or Shine.

No outside food or beverage is permitted.  Concessions Stands are available throughout the Golf Course and accept cash or card.  Profits from Concession Stands directly benefit local charities.

Collapsible chairs and blankets are permitted.  Chairs must be out of bag.  Oversized or inflatable chairs are prohibited.  Lawn chairs will be available for purchase in our merchandise area near the main entrance.

General admission lawn seating will be on the 18th fairway.  Premium and Reserved seating options are available by visiting Ticketmaster, or by calling the Tournament Office at 607-205-1500.

Gates open at 8am for PGA TOUR Champions Golf.  Your concert ticket allows you admission for the entire day.

PGA TOUR Champions golf will end at approximately 6:15pm.

Around 9pm.

Handicap tickets are available for pre-purchase ONLY on  They are limited and are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Companion seating is also available.

Public parking is available on Ticketmaster for multiple lots.

A limited number of spaces will be available for RV’s, buses, and limos in Lot G.  You can pre-purchase parking at

The official tailgating lot will be Lot G at Glendale Technology Park.  Parking passes are available for purchase on Ticketmaster.

There is no will call.  With digital tickets, you can manage your tickets using your mobile phone.

Section and seat numbers on all tickets are for inventory and internal use only.  There is no assigned seats and in the fairway, you are permitted to move about freely.

Yes, your Friday concert ticket includes admission into the golf course to watch the 1st Round of PGA TOUR Champions Golf.

All children who have celebrated their 2nd birthday do require a ticket for admission.

Credit cards will be accepted at all concession stands and the merchandise area.  Our 19th Hole Bar is the only area that is cash-only.  There will be multiple ATM’s accessible onsite.

In the event of an emergency while onsite, we have paramedics to assist with any medical issues.  A stationed medical trailer is located next to the 1st and 10th tees, but any staff member can dispatch paramedics to the location needed.  If you cannot find a staff member, please call 911 and the dispatcher will be able to deploy an onsite paramedic.

We do not allow weapons of any kind within the venue.  No patron will be allowed to enter the venue with a weapon, which includes pocketknives.  The venue will not secure weapons and will not take any responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.
